Beau Chumps - Big Screen Event

The screening and will comprise the only ‘pair’ of films that were deliberately made featuring the same actors in the same roles. I speak of course of Them Thar Hills and its ‘sequel’, Tit For Tat. The former especially is perfect as we are expecting a good turnout from the Them Thar Hills tent from Carlisle. There will then be an intermission when souvenirs will be available to buy, fellow Sons will be available to speak with, ice-cream will be sold, drinks will be available at the bar and a special raffle will be available to enter. Drinks etc. purchased at the cinema bar are allowed into the auditorium. Following the intermission, we will all enjoy the classic that is Way Out West. 

The Forum has very generously discounted entry to all Sons of the Desert members who can select ‘Student’ to get their tickets for only £7.50 online, or at the door, though my suggestion would be to book in advance as the event may well sell out. There is nothing to compare to seeing the boys on the big screen and here’s an opportunity to experience two splendid shorts and many Sons’ favourite feature.

I will have these at the tent meeting on Wednesday 12th and if you can’t attend, let me know and I will send you one by email.
